Nige Well our bones are piezoelectric, which is at the heart of break down of old or weak bone (executed perfectly by osteoclast cells) and rebuilding / repair (the job of osteoblasts) and so is collagen, which can make up 50% of our bones (depending). Of course collagen is everywhere in our fascia, another part of our body rich in (piezo) electrical activity. Fascia, in turn, is all over our body. The only discipline that allows me to interact directly with my electrical body is Qigong. Chi or Qi (probably an electrical force) allows control of the vagus nerve, and access to our digestive tract. As for misbehaving nerves, I have no idea how to tame them, except indirectly by grounding electrically, which allows an abundant flow of electrons to permeate the body and fascia. This in turn improves circulation, and inflammation. I feel this does not fix nerves directly, (although I have recently experienced a major breakthrough with nerve pain) but creates the best environment for us to address and normalize our electrical fields (and therefore nerve activity). Certainly without Qigong I would have no way of gaining access and being able to work on regulating such problems. I’ve no idea if I’ve put any ideas across coherently!! Interesting article, Thx, Roland
