Nige I took 12,000 IU of D yesterday plus pill of Magnesium, Calcium, Cu, Zinc, Boron, D, K2 and a bit of Restless Leg at night. However, on Thursday I took 7,000 IU of D and no pill, just Mg and got cramps all night long in legs.
