Photography is a hobby that with the advent of mobile phones can be done one handed 🙂

It’s a good motivator for getting out and about to where it encourages exercise that challenges Balance, so lower limb and Dexterity so upper limb. Also cognition & we get exposure to sunlight, exercise and a lot more that is good for the soul as part of post-stroke life

Lea and I are just back from her early morning pilgrimage to Aldi to buy their special offer wagyu beef !!

They were actually cheaper than either of the joints of meat - The world is crazy 1 ingredient for a meal That will be gone in an hour (or a day?) is more than a pair of boots that will last the rest of my life!
