This charter is a companion document to the Community Handbook, which provides an example operational specification for communities working within this architecture.
An example of a working group deliverable operating within this scope is the draft CPSP Neurological Pain Vocabulary, a community-developed prototype for shared language around central post-stroke pain, currently available for community review.

Section 1 — Vision — Digitally enabling LifeWithStroke services — shifting peer support networks integrated with formal pathways into the centre of care, and mapping the opportunities this creates. 8 minute read.
Section 2 — Destinations (What Success Looks Like) — Stakeholders’ tests that confirm necessary, valuable components of the vision have been delivered. This section uses techniques of value chain delivery that may be unfamiliar to clinicians and researchers — explained in Section 5. 9 minute read.
Section 3 — Membership and Roles — Stakeholders who shape, deliver, or are served by the ecosystem, and others besides — membership is open to all who contribute. 6 minute read.
Section 4 — Governance, Values and Amendment Provisions — How the working group governs itself — permissive, plural, accountable to the ecosystem rather than any single institution. The values and principles that guide the working group’s decisions and conduct are stated here. 5 minute read.
Section 5 — Establishing the Path to Success — A practical guide to sharing a vision in an easily grasped way, using backcasting: a cascade of prerequisites, each becoming testable at a Tipping Point, on the way to success. Included to support those whose expertise lies in clinical and research practice rather than in leading complex adaptive change. 7 minute read.
Section 6 — Annex: Theoretical Basis — Intellectual collateral and references for readers new to leading complex change in emergent social problem spaces. 8 minute read.
