Some of you might find this interesting. I was contacted recently to take part in medical trials to measure the impact of very simple isometric exercises to reduce blood pressure.
Isometric exercises involve holding one position for a period of time. In this study, they are looking at wall-squats. I am doing 4 sets of squats, three times a week, and already noticing a measurable reduction in my blood pressure after only a few weeks.
