Clopidogrel

So I have been on 75mg Clopidogrel since Aug when had my stroke. Obviously seen many Dr’s etc but my GP on a call last Friday was astounded that I haven’t been prescribed a gastro resistant tablet to take with this of which she now has for my list of repeat prescriptions. Anyone else taking these gastro resistance tabs? Tgak you

[deleted] What do the gastro resistance tabs do? Do they stop the nausea?
I’m on same clopidogrel and GP hasn’t mentioned them. Thanks for highlighting

I take Clopidogrel

I also take Lansoparol (?sp) but didn’t for 1st year

It’s a standard cocktail

This is good to know. 9 years in and neither my GP or other medical professionals have highlighted this. I bring it up with them I think. 👍

been on clopidogel since stroke 2 years ago and have never been advised to take stomach protectors ever !!!
