Simon I used to think at work, they are bound to see the value I offer, having just completed a piece of work that saved £170k in year 1 for almost zero cost and same saving every year going forward.

You could flip this to be that the vision here is to be the best we can be for all the stroke survivors out there ? And to achieve that, if one person can use a title which no one would object to ? Price worth paying ?
