CPSP Suggestions - Holding things

I’m right handed and myCPSP is on my left hand side. Therefore when I’m holding my phone (in my left hand) to type etc it’s painful.
Does anyone have an ingenious way of holding their phone to reduce pain?
I do have as suggestion if anyone is struggling holding cutlery.
I’ve got a form cylinder that slides onto my knife for eating (but I only use this at home - 1. Because its so tight & 2. I too embarrassed to use it when eating out).

I had my 1st dinner out without my wife on Monday since my stroke.
She normally cuts my food

No ingenious methods. I just struggled! (I was surrounded by stroke professors! Two offered to cut stuff up for me but I’d rather struggle on my own

This might sound dumb, we always ask waiters if they can cut Geoff’s meat before it comes to him! They always oblige! At home I always cut the meat up for him before serving. Heaps easier than watching him struggle . The glory of electric knives
