Hi I hope this is the correct address to use to query the position.  I am a chronic pain sufferer. After reading a number of papers concerning central post stroke pain (cpsp), TMS was stated as a possible non invasive solution to minimise pain. Currently this is only offered by the Walton Centre in Liverpool and that seems to be the case for the last 11 years. The treatment, if successful, requires monthly top ups so location is important to be able to use. Chronic Pain is such a difficult condition to treat and TMS seems to have a success rate of 30%. In a world of such limited success, that seems a huge figure  Medication for cpsp is only estimated at successful 20% for 20% of people. Cpsp is estimated to impact up to 20% of stroke survivors (stroke association figures) with the Walton Centre estimating a quarter of those will be in severe or excruciating pain. Self harm and suicide are some of the dreadful outcomes. Could I ask if you know why this has not rolled out to other areas ? And for myself, Bristol ? Many thanks for your time. My apologies again if this is not the correct address. Thanks Nigel Price BS16 7EE https://www.thewaltoncentre.nhs.uk/patient-leaflets/transcranial-magnetic-stimulation-tms-for-chronic-pain/470729
